Yusaku Yara (屋良有作, Yara Yūsaku, 15 de marzo de 1948) es un actor de voz, actor y narrador japonés de la ciudad de Adachi, Tokio. Está afiliado a Aoni Production. Su antiguo nombre artístico es Tetsu Kurobe (黒部鉄, Kurobe Tetsu). En el pasado, estuvo afiliado a Production Baobab, Beniya 25 Ji y Vi-Vo.
